Below are answers to the most common questions about booking, safety, compliance, pricing, animal welfare, and event logistics.
If your question isn’t addressed here, we’re happy to review your specific request. Start your proposal or contact us directly.
Select your city, choose your animals, and submit your event details through our Proposal Builder. Our team reviews your request, confirms availability with a licensed animal team in your region, and provides next steps within 24–48 hours. Once confirmed, a signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date.
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and reserve your event date. Dates are secured on a first-booked, first-reserved basis. We are unable to hold dates without a signed agreement and deposit.
No. Availability is only guaranteed once a signed agreement and deposit are received. We cannot hold dates informally — our calendar fills weeks to months in advance.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Because animal teams reserve staff, transportation, and logistics specifically for your event, these policies protect the operational commitments made on your behalf.
We accept all major credit cards. Payment by card is preferred. Cash or Zelle may be accepted for certain arrangements — contact us for details.
The remaining balance is due the morning of your event, before any animals are unloaded on-site. For larger productions, payment may be collected one business day prior by card.
As early as possible. Our calendar fills weeks to months in advance — especially on weekends, holidays, and during peak event seasons. We strongly recommend reserving the moment your date, time, and location are confirmed.
Our team reviews your event details, confirms feasibility with a licensed team in your region, and contacts you within 24–48 hours with availability, requirements, and next steps.
Yes. We welcome custom requests. Contact us directly by phone, text, or through our contact form and we’ll build the right package for your event.
Yes. All bookings are first-come, first-reserved. A signed agreement and deposit are the only way to secure your date.
We work exclusively with licensed animal teams operating within applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Availability depends on event location, venue approval, and regional licensing requirements. Not all animals are available in all markets — we confirm compliance as part of every booking.
Yes. We coordinate with fully licensed animal teams and can provide Certificates of Insurance (COI) upon request when required by a venue. All vendors in our network carry commercial liability insurance.
A licensed professional handler remains with the animals at all times throughout the event. The handler has full authority over the animals and guest interaction and may restrict, pause, or discontinue interaction at any time to ensure safety and animal wellbeing.
Interaction varies by species, venue layout, and safety guidelines. Some animals allow controlled interaction. Others are display-only experiences. Guest proximity and participation are always determined by the licensed handler on-site. The handler’s decisions are final.
Yes, with proper supervision. Children under 10 years old must be closely supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. All guest interactions — including children — are managed by the on-site handler.
Guests who appear intoxicated, impaired, or are behaving unsafely will not be permitted to interact with the animals. Safety is our highest priority and this policy is strictly enforced at every event.
For events, lions and tigers are presented in large rolling steel enclosures (approximately 6′ x 8′) or in a 20’+ arena setup. Guests may not touch or enter the enclosure. For private photo shoots, the big cat may be brought out in a secure, controlled area — with the subject remaining at a safe distance for photography. Guest leash handling is not permitted.
We maintain a perfect safety record — zero accidents or injuries to guests or animals across our entire history of events. This record is the result of working exclusively with licensed, experienced handlers and enforcing strict safety protocols at every experience.
Yes. We coordinate with licensed teams that carry commercial liability insurance. Certificates of Insurance can typically be provided when required by a venue. Coverage levels vary by team and location and are disclosed during the booking process.
Our animals are professionally managed exotics — raised and trained for safe public interaction in controlled event environments. They are handled by licensed professionals with extensive experience in exotic animal behavior and event logistics.
Many animals can be accommodated indoors or outdoors, depending on venue suitability. Some animals require non-slip flooring, adequate space for safe handling, no stairs, and appropriate climate conditions. Venue approval is always required before confirming an indoor experience.
Clients are responsible for confirming that their venue permits animal experiences on-site. Requirements vary by animal and may include:
We review all venue details during the booking confirmation process.
Yes. We travel to private residences, offices, hotels, event venues, resorts, and any private property with the property owner’s permission. Some events may require a property visit or advance coordination for larger animals.
Public parks, beaches, and municipal locations may require additional permits. We review all public-location requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your specific venue details and we’ll confirm feasibility.
Events operate rain or shine. In the case of severe weather that poses a risk to animals, staff, or guests — such as lightning, high winds, or extreme conditions — animals may need to seek shelter or be relocated. For safety reasons, there are no refunds for inclement weather once animals have been dispatched.
Standard hands-on experiences are 1 hour on-site, with the team arriving approximately 30 minutes early the event starts. Larger displays and productions may be on-site for up to 3 hours. Additional time is available at half the base rate.
